The Job:

Our engineering team is searching for an innovative product manager to help conceptualize, organize and prioritize features for our growing microwork platform. We coordinate our product definition efforts with our delivery, sales, field, operations and development teams.  Our ideal candidate will have a strong technology background, the ability to make decisive, egoless product decisions within a rapidly changing landscape, and the tenacity to run tight meetings and keep product concepts concisely documented and prioritized against business objectives.  

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the product roadmap and work with operations to ensure it is aligned with business strategy 
  • Build consensus around product objectives with other teams in a fast paced startup environment
  • Establish processes that encourage creative thinking while keeping our teams focused on particular initiatives
  • Collaborate with a talented engineering team to continuously push improvements
  • Analyze product metrics to determine effective product strategies
  • Understand the market and our competition, identify competitive opportunities

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience defining and growing a technology product for enterprise customers
  • Understanding of agile team management practices
  • Ability to grasp technical architecture and understand its importance for effective product decision-making
  • Experience defining elegant and usable interfaces for complex workflows
  • Exceptional analytic skills, ability to identify subtle patterns in big data 
  • Demonstrable ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical ideas to internal stakeholders with differing perspectives and expertise
  • Treat product releases as experiments with clear success metrics
  • BPO or Crowdsourcing expertise a big plus!
